At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we manufacture construction piping materials by cutting, drilling, bonding, and welding PVC sockets. We also accommodate custom orders. Materials for construction-related applications often require additional processing of PVC water pipe standards, and since instructions can vary by site, some dimensional changes are possible. PVC is highly resistant to chemicals and has low heat resistance, but it is inexpensive and can be both bonded and welded, making it widely used for safety covers and processed construction piping materials. For simple plate processing (sheet materials), we use general-purpose milling (Makino) machines that do not require programming, allowing for efficient processing. We also support "mass production" and can accommodate items with high production volumes by shifting to a mass production system. It is surprisingly common for us to receive urgent requests for items immediately after holidays, and we respond to these requests as much as possible by utilizing shifts on weekends and holidays.
